I can just imagine what situations might crop up.

Two: Wait, no, he/she just might be trying to get killed. The Phino you know...?
One: Or...he could just be a Legal?
Two: He's naming a lot of people, maybe he's the investigator?
One: Or...he could just be a Legal?
Three: XXX is not the Phino or a Legal...trust me guys, I know!
Two: How do you know that he's not a Legal...? YOU must be a Legal!
Three: No, I'm obviously the Investigator. JULIA! PROTECT ME! OR ANYONE, GIVE ME THE POTION!!
Three: Wait...do we even have a Julia?
