i think they thought it was illegal because i used a desasm to break the file encryption. Which IS against the ToS. But according to my law i'm allowed to desasm if i want to create compatibility. And because the format is undocumented and encrypted, i created SHN-Viewer so people can use the data contained in the files into more used applications, like excel or a database.

In short i didnt broke the the ToS, nor law.

But all my trys to reach the gm who blocked the shn-viewer where ignored.

Well we had a discussion and we decided to leave the other thread locked and dual clienting shall not be discussed.

Even if there are methods of dual clienting that might not be exactly against the ToS, it is a touchy topic and it will easily lead to discussions about file editing and such, so it shall not be posted here on the forums.
