I used the Xtreme App Launcher on Customize.org to get those 'links'.
You will need to code them to make them work.

Yeah, I did.
It shows this little annoying line at the bottom.

ObjectDock has an option to completely hide the taskbar, and I'm going to try that out soon.

No worries, the program is safe despite the url address. :P Completely hides your taskbar... though not quite sure how to keep it perm cause it seems like I need to keep clicking it.... x___x Oh well will look into it later.

Exactly why I took a look into ObjectDock.
I'm trying to find a dock theme that uses only text and no icons, that way I can keep my desktop 'icon free'.

and if i get rid of my recycle bin and my computer icon, will anything bad happen? because it doesnt say its a shortcut.. Or should i like put it in my documents then delete that shortcut?

I used Window's TweakUI to get rid of that safely.
(Tweak UI was made by Mircosoft itself, so no problem.)
