I'm thinking its more like the first 3 people to cap period. As in 1 person from Teva, 1 person from Apoline, 1 person from Bijou and that's the 1 million SC prize, most people think they mean 1 million per server but it most likely means 3 people among all servers.

I took that to mean first 3 cappers on the new server. Christ, I'd rather go three HCO-ascensions in KoL than try to cap that competition...
