Chinese menu vs "American Menu"

Umm.. Sorry I can't help. I'm chinese but I don't know what a lot of foods are called in chinese LOL.

So I get there and there is indeed the back to the menu that is in Chinese and I tell the lady at the counter I want some food to go (meeting went late). I turned to the Chinese side of the menu and said I want something spicy. She gets me some pork dish in a spicy garlic sauce with vegetables.

It is YUMMMM. Also about 3 pounds worth of food not counting the rice I got on the side.

I'm late to the party too, but generally any time something has Szechuan in the name, it's hot. Google says the Chinese is 四川菜 or 川菜, but I have no grasp of the language either, so for all I know it's something rather rude.

Some one here said it was probably Yushang Pork. What ever that is. All I know it was good.
