I'd suggest reading the entire article, but I know some people won't, hence the quoting.

A person using weed would in fact be less aggressive than in a normal, unaltered state.

Edit: Is the question now how many people have died from smoking weed? That answer is exactly zero. Period. In all of recorded history.
That would be incorrect two of my friends got high and drove their car off a bridge at the age of 17. Death because of POT. Use if you want to but don't tell me it doesn't kill anyone cause I have two friends in a grave because of POT. Ohhh yeah their death was labeled a car accident but they'd be alive if they weren't high.
