I see Chips and Gravy and I want to run for my life sometimes. I've been eating Chips and Gravy 2 times a day for the past 7 years (No joke either)

I consume over 1500 potatoes a year. Hahaha god bless this oil we have been using over these years otherwise I'd be really fat

I've pretty much been the same size over the last 7 years apart from the growth spurt in terms of weight. I know there are various good cooking oils you can buy around thats probably what I've been eating I never do the shopping so I don't even know half of the product/brands I'm eating.
