I know it says stress reduction kit, but works for insomnia too.

I remember reading about this program long long time ago that plays certain sounds for a short period of time (like 30 minutes or something), and you just lie there in piece listening to it. There are various modes, and they play different pattern of sounds depending on the mode. And apparently it's supposed to make you feel like the mode you set it on.

For example, I think there was a "happy" mode, and if you listen to it (without doing anything else to distract you, of course), you're supposed to feel really happy and laugh a lot or something O_O. I remember reading some of those feedback comments and people's stories are so amusing but freaky. There's even cocaine modes and stuff and it puts people on a high even though they didn't take drugs. I know there was a sleep one too I think.

I actually tried the sleep one because I also couldn't sleep for a while, but I was too afraid to actually listen to it properly so I kinda distracted myself half way through. Well I went to bed right after, and next thing I knew, I woke up at 7. Wide, wide awake. I didn't even realise I slept! O_O! I didn't try it after though. because, well, since I'm not exactly sure how it works with the brain I don't want to mess around it too much.
