dont eeeeven get me started on the subject of fighting, allz ill say is i got jumped wen i was mad skinny, it made me furious, i got em bak, and cut all extra classes for weight lifting. and now im a huge raw fighting machine. i say what u did was right, defending a bud for one is good, an beatin the crap outa a smartarse is even better.

but fighting isnt always good, it makes enemies an makes em fast. id jus be on guard for a lil bit, good luk an be safe.

Lol Hessah you'd think sparring is healthy but you really ought to see the women's sparring division. It's much, much scarier than the men's.

I think there's a reason why our punching gloves have more cushion with the new regulation...

we dont use punching gloves in tae kwon do...

but yeah.. not all sparrings are healthy.. but those that are healthy... can make u feel really good!
