I don't use sc so I'm happy with anything free~

If you got the tux/dress and have/are using sc, then I don't know. Maybe it's based on how much you have used. o-o

I've spent money in the CS in my main about a month and a half ago and I got the tux redeem code. Maybe you have to have dropped some major coin. My sons account (which there has been no SC charged) got the tux, too.

I'm sure this is just going to cause another headache, because I'm sure there will be a ton of people that would prefer the SC and free play to a tux, but, then again, Outspark does know where their bread is buttered. Gaming establishments do tend to take care of their high rollers.
