Lvl 40 staff or Wand [Teva]

I'm looking to buy a nice lvl 40 wand or staff (obviously for mages). I refuse to go to merchant weapons lol.Anyone got one they're willing to sell? Or know of anyone whose willing to sell one?

I'll pay based off of the stats and rarity.. and I'm not a noob so you can't get away with ripping me off ^^

Hi, I have a Lv40 +5 Normal Wand with Prisoner(20%) and Torturer(15%) License in it.
I'm looking for 65s for it..

I have both a staff and a wand +3, you can have either for a low FF price. :3 just whisp ingame.

ooo thank you ^^ I'll keep the offer in mind. My friend got a Robo staff the other night, but he said he might not keep it. I'ma see if I can get it <.< Not sure how that will go. He gives me tough love.
