Lvl 40 staff or Wand [Teva]
 

I'm looking to buy a nice lvl 40 wand or staff (obviously for mages). I refuse to go to merchant weapons lol.Anyone got one they're willing to sell? Or know of anyone whose willing to sell one?

I'll pay based off of the stats and rarity.. and I'm not a noob so you can't get away with ripping me off ^^
