When will outspark get prepaid cards?

If you click the menu option, at the very top of the page, that says "Redeem your card" it will go to a page where you can browse through all the companies that they support. You can search alphabetically for Outspark(no corny "What letter do I go to?" comments from the peanut gallery)

I couldn't find them at a Wal-Mart that they listed as a seller.
