2) Type in "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts" and hit OK
3) Make a new line at the end of the file usually after "127.0.0.1 localhost".
4) Type in "208.65.153.238 127.0.0.1"
5) Save and restart.

Another option, if you have a router, would be to log into the router, and set up a block that way. On mine, for example, if I wanted to block my parents from going to youtube, I would add a rule saying to check all HTTP traffic from 192.168.0.51 (Their machine) for *.youtube.com and send them a nice little blocked message if successful.

This is not the best method. Not everyone has Windoze installed on their C: Drive.

A better alternative would be %windir%\system 32\....

True, but for the people who don't have it installed on their main drive should know what I mean.

C:\ is more common knowledge than global variables.
