Either way. If you like melee classes.. the only awesome melee class is an ARCHER, of course.. than there are FULL STR mages or.. Fighters >_<;

This is where the fun starts
Most people HAVE archers.
Why? BECAUSE we're fun~ Duh
If you want to fully enjoy the game be an archer.

Archers, can auto-attack in between Area of attack spells, leaving time to chat to whispers, guilds, party, shout and all - all the while doing AOE effectively.
Whats the problem with the other class chatting?
Well~ The AOE party dies

If the mage talks, the mobs don't die fast enough and the cleric draws aggressive mobs towards himself/herself and the cleric dies~ Tank dies.. than Archer (since we can Kite) we will survive
[Note: Kite(ing) is the term used by archers to describe constant damage over time skills such as poison mist AOE and piercing shot (disease) AOE. I'll give you more Archer FAQ later if you need it]

If the tank (fighter) talks, the mobs don't get mocked, than they aggro the other party players (usually the cleric or the mage) and they die~
Leaving the work for the archer ExP

If the cleric talks, the tank gets no heals, he dies, mage dies, archer survives~
You get the idea.

Usually if we use Nature swiftness in conjunction with Nature speed.
It would be more profitable, if your using a bow, to melee the monster/ opponent while waiting for the Power and Aim shot skills to cooldown

Melee classes are usually the classes with the Higher HP and Def. The OP would be disappointed in choosing an archer. Perhaps the OP wanted to be the tanking class too.

Fighters are far more efficient soloers than Archers if the fighter is a pure STR Build. An Archers main purpose is ranged attacks otherwise Archers would have higher HP and Def than fighters and that would be wrong.

But in a nutshell Fighter is the best Melee class for sure you get the most enjoyment if you are a Melee person and you pick fighter.

Some people prefer to solo than party. But when Archers are mobbed that is where things will get dangerous for them when a fighter can handle it.

For example say you are kiting you arent paying attention to your surroundings and their is a mob or more than 1 hidden in a bush. Not only will you have to deal with the enemy you are kiting now the enemies you have aggroed in the bush too. Archers are the 2nd most squishy class in the game. Keep in mind also these are just different opinions but if you were to make a poll saying which class is the better soloer you can be sure Fighter would beat Archer quite easily.

If we were to make a poll. I'm sure most people that vote for Fighters don't really understand the full extent of an archer.
Firstly, archers can take a beating quite well if we have good gears.
If there happened to be a mob hidden in the bushes I'm sure we can still kite.
Secondly, kiters have the most knowledge of their surroundings than any other class.
Thirdly, when archers happen to get mobs running towards them. If the archer is a good one they will decide to poison mist the mob than slap on a speed scroll, and use Piercing shot in conjunction with poison mist.
I'm not really saying Archer prevail over every single class. I'm saying that every class has their good points.
Its just that Archers can be the most balanced class if played right.

Not cleric and not mage is wat I suggest...

a Melee cleric is bad in party... so you'll be forced to support..

Mage.... squishy.. probably not the melee type of class you're after...

Fighters might be a easier class to start, you dont die as easily... but in parties you're the front-liner...
