Some were attained by modifying game files, others were gained by bugs.

No title is officially a "GM title." Rather, the ability to attain said title is deactivated in-game.

Triumph speaks the truth. No official GM titles, unless they add a "GM"/"Outspark"/"Admin" titles. xD
