Whether there'll be little people or not, or whether you have a tag or not, we do encourage you to send in your entries.
Though what you said might be true and it may seem "unfair" if you get two tags because you have a higher chance of winning due to low participation, I want members to realise that it can't be helped if no one joins. This is why I would really encourage more members to join, so we can have a variety of winners.
I'm sure many members would want a "variety" of winners, but it really can't be helped if everyone doesn't give the contest a go, and thus little participation. =/

If you do not enter - you have no right to complain later. Kinda like the whole vote thing. If you do not vote in an election, do not sit back and complain about how the country is being ran.
