Sorry i've been really absent from the Fiestafan commutity lately (notices that i'm not in the top 5 spammers anymore)
ANYWAY.
IMO Green means it rare.....or atleast...different heck if you see often they dropped from field mobs (not KQ) alone would could agree to an extent.
Blue is kinda hard to put almost ALL rings are blue while some are more signifcant then others.
Bluewhitish (basically it the text is blue has a white outline ) though usually means its a unique from the Boss. IE. the robo ring, or Marlone ring gotten from the quests.
The spectrum COULD be what you suggested, but no one has seen anything epic like a purple ....yet. Please bare with me as we TRY to figure this weird system they have...
