Shine Online (China) needs a Social Security number. (you can use relatives')
Fiesta Online (Korea) needs a Social Security number. (you can use relatives')
Bright Kingdom (Japan) checks to see if you have a Japanese Windows operating system.
No idea about the Shine Online in Taiwan.

I never enhanced, but IIRC, you could put in money to make it less likely to break, or something like that?

TW is called Shine Fiesta Online
but I don't recommand playing other versions, you can't communicate with anyone if you don't understand the version languages & you can easily get banned(damn BK).
