Why does everyone play on Teva?

Is there something special about that server? Or does everyone just randomly mass there? It's sort of upsetting that if I ever get past 20, I might never find a forum member in game.

Some of us were were CB players and since Teva was the only server, we stuck with it. There also wasn't always multiple servers to choose from.
