What is the lowest amount of cooldown you can bring Multi-shot too?

Yea, go full STR or SPR/STR. That's if you can get enough DEX scrolls or stack up on quickness pots(later levels). I think adding DEX/SPR would be good until 25, then adding STR to 40 then DEX/STR after that. I found it exceedingly difficult to farm scroll mats specifically, and since my first archer was a SPR/STR build since lvl. 1 I missed alot. So, go with any of the builds you've seen on here. Just remember to add DEX when you can

I think 5 CD empowerment points for Multi-Shot decreases it by roughly around 2.5 seconds? Similar for Nature's Mist...

piercing shot, AoE bleed? too bad I'll never get there.
