I'm wondering about the attack speed

It does depend on the weapon you are currently holding on what speed your attack is. But, when you are using skills, no matter what weapon (1 handed, 2 handed, Axe) you are holding, there is no time delay. =0

Yep, this is why axe fighters own in pvp o.o. The damage of an axe with the skill spam=deadly. But some skills have delays too o.o don't forget about those. But weapon type DOES affect skills on a mage. A mage with a staff casts a spell in 1.3 seconds while a mage with a wand casts a spell in 1.4 seconds...that is the only difference that weapon type makes on skills.

Archers get a skill at high lvls that increases attack speed, but Its a self buff I believe. There is no buff that increases attack speed that I know of.

so, I do want to know more about the factor which make skill affect to mobs, like stunning.

the stun from Concussive Charge is random, it might hit or it won't. That's why low-lvled Fighters sometimes stun much higher mobs. Devastate however is affected by your aim, like about all other of the active skills.
