Ha I was solo in a room, and not by choice, but by pure aggro... the mobs decided that were going to love on me...
now I realized there was another pt in there, and they were waiting patiently...
I watched chat scroll by...
"Yeah he's slowing down spawn rate seriously."
and I knew that I was, but no matter where I went, there was constant aggro...
now this is when I realized that BG is for competetive grinding...
because they did just that...
they needed more exp, and they were gonna fight me for it...
I was truly waiting for my mage duo to get back from restoning.
The mage comes over, and hits me with Nova, and Inferno, almost killing me... but I'm a cleric... I never die :3
Either way it was in that moment that I knew BG meant war.
You can't get to the top, and succeed first if you don't push your way through all the people letting other people go. Basically... everyone is nice and polite, and then they're all going to get where they want to be leisurely... but not the people that want cap now.
BG is exactly that... a battleground.
Sure I got mad at that mage for almost killing me... but then again... all they wanted was more exp, and I was slowing them down... I said my comments to them... and it was over. I'm not mad at them... they were only doing what was in their best interest... and to me... that's perfectly fine. Especially in the BG.

I pay to play the RL MMORPG, College. 4 years grinding in college gets you a piece of paper for the rest of your life and you can buy enough stuff to +9 your car//house.

not just Fiesta, but in any mmorpgs that I've played I hate it when people act like they "own" a room/channel/dungeon/what have you, and then get all high and mighty when you try to reason with them.

In the end, battlegrounds are exactly what they're named for. Battlegrounds, with mobs thrown in to keep you competing.
Respect is the one thing that keeps people from straight out yelling out at each other. I don't mind a party in a room, or partying while a soloer is taking some mobs, as long as we can respect each other.

Here is what I hate... or should I say irratates me. I am solo'ing in the Abyss. I know I am solo, so I find me a hallway to solo in. I log out to take a break, log in about an hour later and a duo is in the spot where I was. No big deal, I will go down this hallway and see if this room down here is taken. Nope, it's not. I set up in the doorway and start pulling them 2 and 3 at a time. All of a sudden here comes the duo team with a train, but they kill the train, still no big deal. Then they proceed to round up ALL the mobs in the room and bring them over to the doorway and start AOEing. Ummm.... hello, #1, yes I am solo, no I cannot take on the whole room, yes I would have shared. #2 - did you have to take ALL the mobs. and #3 - YOUR AOE hits ME!!!!!
But, hey, no big deal, I keep my mouth shut and move back down the hallway and give them the room. 5 minutes later - here comes that same duo-team dragging a train and set up RIGHT BESIDE me again. wth????

No, they were talking in English. I wsa in guild chat, but went to normal chat to see if they said anything to me and they were talking to each other. I just figured, they thought since I was solo, they took priority.
I didn't want any drama and was very close to level 60, so I just went to the complete opposite side of the abyss to get away from them.
But, they still could have had a little respect for me. Yes, I know it is PvP in there, but they were not looking to PvP, they were just being rude.

lol - I am no angel. I just wasn't in the mood that day.  But, any other day and I would have fought, even if it meant death.
