EDIT:
And even if it was to be called "Umlaut" instead of "Oomlaut"...
making it plural based off German language would be "Umläute"
And now that Spell-Check is looking at the words I'm typing...
"Umlaut" is obviously the English version of how you would spell it.
It seems to be the correct version.
