I only get 19 bonus defense 38 points in END, and the shield block rate is low enough still that it is practically negligible. Furthermore, I don't think the bonus HP matters that much when you can heal yourself.

I think it's probably worth it to throw in the 25 SPR/then rest STR...
Question 1: The problem is, it would take me to lv. 30 to get 25 SPR since I already have 7 points in END and 2 in STR =/ WHAT SHOULD I DO??
Question 2: When you take the 10 points (using the lv. 30 Quest reward - 10 Stat Reset Scrolls) from a stat(s), can you put the 10 points you took into another stat(s)?
