I am wearing the suit in the video, not the hat.

if we calculate...

Build = 5%
Axe = 11%
Earrings = 2%
Suit = 10%

5 + 11 + 2 + 10 = 28% critrate. :P

would be 33 with the hat on. more if with critscroll and critpotion.
