Even if people lvled on higher things back then (most of us didn't because we would get kerpwned and most of us knew we didn't belong there) it didn't really matter. Uruga and FoS were absolutely empty. There was no need to fight for room, because back then there were no partys unless you brought it with you, no trains because everyone knew each other by sight, (kinda hard to imagine now) and noone below lvl40 had even heard of Uruga.

The only way to get there was by dying in CP1 and the Templar at the bridge killed any who couldn't handle it.

(Rush lvled in our 40.s in CP and GC so I guess were non-hypocrites too)

So it makes it okay simply because it was back then, but not okay for people now?
