Too blurry to tell, lol. Looks good to me!
If you want me to be picky, I'd say it doesn't look 'flowy' enough like the model...?

lmao, charcoal. X_X I hated our charcoal projects. I'd come home from college looking like I was just in battle at 'nam or something, rofl.

I would say the only thing I would change is like Loveless said...
the drawing seems so... perfect lined. The model is curved.
Other than that... I had to look 2 times to see the difference...
the 2nd time I looked, I noticed the line thing.

I pay to play the RL MMORPG, College. 4 years grinding in college gets you a piece of paper for the rest of your life and you can buy enough stuff to +9 your car//house.

It's not finished...?
Lol, DerrDerr, you sound like one of those people who is never satisfied with their drawings. o;
The only thing I see is that the left corner of the drawn cloth doesn't have the little fray/stitching, or whatever you call it.
Based on shadowing, I don't see anything wrong... <_>

You always say that you're drawings are bad and it gives me the impression that it IS bad, but it is not!!! You've been misleading!!!
I think it looks good.
I have a suggestion, not so much CC though (because I'm not good with charcoals myself). How about some more high lights on the shirt? Like these bits:
You can try and "rub" out some bits to high light it so the high lighted bits are actually white, and not shaded. I think that will help with the lighting intensity. But then again, the photo is kind of blurry so maybe you've already made them white but I just did not see them! xDD
