Best Licenses?

Anyone know what Level the Orcs are and where to find them? I will try a few out on 40 and see if it is worth the effort. I might just put Harken on one spot to pass a few levels but I want to grind a +5% if I can. Weakend ogre would have been a good one on my ZK sword in the third spot but I am leveling too fast for it to be worth it.

I dont know how to define wat lvl a mob is... (coz everything 10+ levels or w/e higher is red, and it could be lvl 50 or 60 or 70 for all i know XD)

But Orcs can be found in Uruga, just south of town... If you've got a small party, orcs shouldnt be hard to take down... (i, a cleric, duo with a tanker, but we kill pretty slowly) but if you solo.. then u might either burn HEAPS of pots or take forever to kill...
