Yes, calm people can. That's undermining my point, shh.
She definitely is an existentialist, though.

I think you're confusing existentialism with nihilism, but I'm not an authority on either so who knows.
As for calm people not voicing their opinions, that isn't true. It's just that calm people voices are drown out by not-so-calm people shouting over them.

An existentialist feels that people interpret or create their own meanings to life.
A nihilist believes that basically existence is meaningless.
@Pritcher: Of course. In every conflict, the liberals and radicals drown out the moderates. As of now, the United States is appealing to the moderates in Iraq in order to soothe things over.

It's been a while since I've truly posted, so yes, I'm overdoing it a bit. I've been on CoD4 until my graphics card or computer decided to disable itself.
30 days' worth of posts crammed into one day does make it seem like spam, though.

Bush is Republican, and therefore will try to follow Republican doctrine. Republican doctrine is somewhat based off of Jeffersonian agrarianism, which is based off of traditionalism, as opposed to Hamiltonian commercialism.
Tradition is that marriage = heterosexual marriages only.

Uh... if you look at all the boards, all of em are like "last post by triumph" so yeah its quite crazy.
And you cant really say that Bush is based off of Jeffersonian stuff... because throughout American history there have been many times where both of the major parties (dem/repub) have reinvented themselves a few times, changed themselves, etc. And actually the way you define Jefferson was that he was a "strict constructionalist" which meant he tried to follow the Constitution as closely as possible... but he was a bad one because he bought the Louisiana Purchase (probably a good idea haha).

Yes, but like I said, that'll never happen again.
And the major parties today are loosely based off of the old stuff. And yes, Jefferson was strictly Constitutional--his opponents forced him to accept loose interpretation in consequence for the Louisiana Purchase.
