i think a naked char has 0% crit chance (anyone like testing it? killin' a few mobs barehanded? squishy, squishy?).
if you equip a weapon, its critical rate will be applied. like 3% for a 1handed sword.
now after adding 25 SPR this char would have a crit chance of 8% (3%+5%). and after putting on some earrings with 1% crit bonus, it would be 9% (8%+1%).
evasion, however, seems to work diferently. its a fixed number. i think what matters here is the difference between your evasion and your opponents's aim. the higher your doge is compared to his accuracy, the more likely will he miss. thus the 10% evasion bonus from DEX is working like, if you have 80 evasion it will make it 88 (80+8)
