tera is p2p the weekend beta already happend and it was 10$ from friday-sunday lol im going get tera when it comes out hopefully

Paying to take part in a beta is BS. It doesn't reflect the company well with me.

Well the thing with Tera is you will either love it or you will hate it. Great art and since you enjoy Dragon Nests combat system you will enjoy Tera's combat system. But from there its a pretty repetitive grind(its not particularly grinding but questing is quite repetitive which is what I meant.) with a little bit of RNG added onto it. The GvG is quite fun and the pvp is quite fun but then theres the annoying factor of RNG. As for P2P....P2P is the way to go for the most part. I can't speak for En Masse but for the most P2P companies are on top of their business when it comes to handling customer issues. Please don't preorder however. I preordered and played the beta now I'm somewhat unsure if I'd like to continue playing the game lol.

Also you're not paying for the beta...you're paying for the preorder which comes with a bunch of other stuff.

That's even worse ;[ Giving people access to BETA only after preordering defeats the purpose of BETAs (for the player that is), unless you can get a refund from the store on your preorder. I wonder if SWTOR inspired this method...

Random Number Generator. Essentially a computer-program that adds an element of chance/luck by creating a 'random' number that is used to as a factor in the game-engine's 'decisions'.

I don't think I've heard of a game that has non-repetitive quests. Although I wish that even if they do the whole "kill x number of y" that they make these quests run a bit more smoothly.

Not go to this field here then another quest you receive on the same level gets you to kill something halfway across the world map. >_< Thank goodness for instanced games...
