We could actually calculate the percentage that monsters will drop these items...
a party of 5 start killing and counting like all the monsters (same monster) that they killed and all stop when 1 rare is found. Thus we would work a like a fraction. for every 15 kills 1 drops and we use this theory to do this test again and if the test confirms it then we could get a percentage.
