ummm...yes it has happened to me too but it did more than +2 it did a jump from +6 to +9 no luckies at all. But hey im not complaining. And if u start complaining too much then they might get rid of it...myself i find it useful and it saves money ^^

I've never heard of a +3 jump. :P

I get a 2-jump from time to time, It really depends on the time of day, for me, I can't enhance for crap during the day, But i do EPICLY at night.
