Against Mages who use Lifetap

OMG that's like... the worst mage ever! at 1st i thought u said you were partying him.. then i realise he's just a walker-by... i cant believe he asked for a heal when u're not even in his party!!

i would've been so mad i'd wanna smash their face in...

u really should've jumped up and down and heal urself over and over again to piss him off XD

People who just say "heal me" are rude to begin with. I usually respond with a "Well when you ask so nicely how can I say no?" and they tend to get more polite after that.

I should have, but I guess I was hoping he'd get the point and dispel me. xD; Oh well it took about half a minute for another mage to see me and take pity on me so it all worked out well. xD

In general yes, I don't heal people when they ask to be healed and are not in my party. I may have chosen to be a cleric but my job isn't to be a healwhore for whoever happens to walk by. And especially not an personal sp stash for mages. D:

I don't have a problem with mages using lifetap...Just don't do it in combat.
Any good cleric will be watching his party's hp as it is his/her job to keep them alive especially the mages hp.We know that mages are about as sturdy as broken glass so when your hp goes down we respond.Thus it is of the utmost importance to abstain from lifetap during combat.A cleric will usually turn away from the tank and to the mage...Tank dies...party dies...

^ yeah so true...

i think i've worked out now... esp in KQ... that i'll just heal the tank 1st... and if i hv a spare moment i'll heal mage... (if its a really intense healing session)

i think its easier to rev the mage when i hv a break.. rather than let the tank die.. and hv mobs running after me...

o.o I really hate people who like say " heal" when you walk past them. If you ignore them, they'll like say "HEAL YOU NOOB" or something. >.> Especially the mages in KQ if they use lifetap.
