Vitality T3 production question

I just bought a vitality t3 production skill from someone in the game. My friend told me that I could have bought it from an npc but I couldn't find it anywhere. So did I get scammed or what? I bought it from someone for 300s.

No you didn't get scammed. I think that's about the right price? And I don't think you can get it from NPC either.

You cant buy it from NPC... So 300s is probably about right...

As long as it's the Recipe.. and not the Vitality Skill... (which is the common scam)

Ensure that the description says Make Vitality Scrolls, not some Vitality [03] thing.

It should also have a orange circle thing in the middle of the purple scroll to indicate it's a alchemy learning recipe.

no vit3, no shield3, no speed3, and no t4 recipes at ncp.
