Yeah, actually there is a new law here that says you have to have proof of current insurance or it is an automatic $500 ticket, even if you DO have insurance. You have to be able to PROVE it at the time the cop asks for it. So, yeah, he could have written me a ticket, but I think because we were all freezing our butts off, the cop was in a hurry and took my word. My card I had expired 07/30/08. I have a new one, but it was at home, doing me no good.

I got into a small wreck during Thanksgiving Break. Just bumped into a car's bumper while at the red light because I couldn't slow down fast enough. I'm not a bad driver either.

Just happens.

I rear-ended a dumptruck going 28mph. Our Company Commander did this early morning gay recall thing and I was tired. I fell asleep for a split second while driving on post and boom. My minivan got owned by a dumptrucks, you guessed it, trailer hitch. After that happened, everyone at work called me Tyrone. Like from Snatch.

(for those who do not know, recalls are used to assess combat readiness duing down time. They usualy recall you in the morning. Everyone has to come in and get their gear ready and meet at predetermined areas and pretend to get ready to roll out.
