I'm pretty sure that's like one of the credit card companies can use such as changing interest rate, changing the due date of the bill, changing the minimum payments, blah blah blah that a lot of consumers don't pay attention to and then they got charged unfairly by the credit card company.
Even worse, courts have upheld these practices.
