and I got a call on my mobile...

i answered it and a machine is talking to me :sigh:

My mobile company wants to email us my bill instead of sending it in the mail... well that's all good and well, but my mum usually gets the bill, and she doesnt check emails!

The phone company seem to have failed to realise that not everyone use the internet just because they've got a mobile phone....

they'll probably have an increased amount of unpaid bills in the next few months...

Naah, they're just saving paper to show how they're all "Go green!".

yeah that's their excuse...

my mum goes green too by not using a computer and hence we wont see their bill and dont hv to pay for it :laugh:

actually. I'm pretty sure that's like one of the credit card companies can use such as changing interest rate, changing the due date of the bill, changing the minimum payments, blah blah blah that a lot of consumers don't pay attention to and then they got charged unfairly by the credit card company.

Even worse, courts have upheld these practices.

speaking of which.. they said they'll send me a verification email and i never got it...
