Honestly, I don't know how I got the quests either. For the longest time I couldn't get them, just like everyone else. Then I randomly went and tried again and it
still didn't work. There was no "Next" button. But when I went to walk away my mouse glitched and somehow another quest text window popped up!! And...well, I got got the quests and finished them....
.__. That's what happened....
