Ralath, the easiest and quickest way to build up your decomp is to go to Vine Tomb, and go in the back where all the sap trees are. Pick you a Bunch of sap. It is T2 sap. Then decomp the crap out of it. Now, if you are also working comp and you want to conserve time, you can comp that sap back up into T2, then decomp it back down, repeat until you run out of sap.
