Yeah, spamming takes efforts, efforts which will be wasted when we move things back to MoS where you post count goes back down. So why do it?

They generally started on topic. We would discuss them, but then one of us would make some off-hand remark that was only slightly off-topic. The counterpart, however, would snowball it, and that's where it starts to become spam.
For example, the thread of
any lv59 players here? started off on topic, but my post (third one down, yes, it's my fault) went off topic. It just snowballed from there.
