I cannot believe that this could be true, I'm born there, and still watch and keep in touch with lots of HK news. Never heard of such a thing. Apparently they found it on some World Fun Fact Application.. I googled that and none of the source for that looks reliable (all blogged sites and stuff, dated back to 2007), but none of them said "hoax" either...
