But yeah, in an ideal world, Outspark GMs will have great communication and tell each other how each situation is handled so their actions in the future will be uniformed....
But I believe it takes time to reach the ideal world, build the ideal company infrastructure, ideal communication skills... (in fact it takes A LOT of time and need some great management.. which... i cant comment whether Outspark has...  )
so until that happens.. we'll see some contradictions.... and them changing the rules as they feel wat's "best" for the community

Not sure if the policy changed ^^ If it did change, do they even inform the players? xD Only they would know...and they can say w/e they want...All I know is that this happened before. And the person wasnt banned. ^^ Poor Link. :/
