[Site Suggestion] Strategy section.

I'd like a strategy subforum to be created in the guide section, or have a completely separate strategy section altogether. The reason for this is that lately I've noticed that a lot of strategy either goes into general discussions or the guide section. They don't belong in either. People discuss skill empowerments, money making strategies and other things concerned specifically with strategy. Whilst I realise skill discussion could be discussed in the "Class-specific discussions," some strategies are too broad to fit into there.

If anyone else would like this to be implemented, or if anyone thinks it's an impractical idea, discuss it here.
