Sorry but im new to the game and i was wondering where i could find the NPC which sells me more skills... not skill master ruby because i have all of her skills already thnx

The next set of skills come from the skillmasters in Elderine. Each class has its own NPC for their skills. They are located near the fountain, or near Shutian.
