Skill Master

Sorry but im new to the game and i was wondering where i could find the NPC which sells me more skills... not skill master ruby because i have all of her skills already :D thnx

The next set of skills come from the skillmasters in Elderine. Each class has its own NPC for their skills. They are located near the fountain, or near Shutian.
