BUYING t2 shield scroll

my character makes scrolls. i'm up to tier 2 now. i CANNOT find t2 shield scroll, so i can learn it and make them. ruby, nina and paladin keats (my character is a cleric) didn't have it........

......... unless i missed it.

WHERE DO I FIND THIS LEARNING SCROLL???????????

it should be at your class master (the paladin lady)
did you remember to use the arrows to check the other pages?

Edit: nvm, missed the shield part, yeah its not there

I believe it is a rare drop.

Not sure why but this link says its a rare drop as well as other scrolls.

It's rarer certainly than the T3 Production scrolls of the same ilk.

Used to be obtainable from Find the GM events (long time ago) and droppable by Piggy Bats (might have been glitched drops) best chance finding it in the Battlegrounds.

Well, I guess she was working off the assumption that you could find the T2 defense scrolls from the NPCs you find the other learning-scrolls from.

Finding that this was in fact not the case, a thread was made in Questions and Inquiries so as to determine where exactly they can be found. Because she wants to buy it.
