Lol. Your at fault as well. =.= For trusting strangers. >.>
Traded to LinkUchiha....Did he pay for it as well? ^^ Or just gave it for free? :O As if their conspiring something against you!
If it was free, I might understand a punishment (NOT a perma ban as its too extreme), but if he actually traded the axe for something thats equivalent in value to the scammer, it technically is the scammer who should be banned, not the one selling the scammed weapon. :/ Despite knowing the weapon is scammed, if you trade something for equivalent value, I do believe...its the same as any other trade. -.-
Lol, Isn't this the same as if higher levels purchase things at an extremely cheap price from a lower level (who doesn't know pricing very well), it is considered scam right? And they'd resell as well, as a retailer type thing. Would this lead to a perma-ban? It is scamming lower levels is it not? Scamming lower levels who don't know pricing. ^^ Only difference with this is, theres no reporting involved? ^^ I do know that this was a type of business before the 6X and 7X greens came out. ^^
Its depressing knowing that OutSpark seems to be perma-banning for every little thing now. A permanent ban for selling a scammed weapon knowing that it was scammed... I don't really see this as cheating or anything, UNLESS the scammer and the one selling talked it through. Even so, since this has happened before, I do believe in fair treatment, and that there shouldn't be perma-ban as they never perma-banned previous scammers.
