wut do u use for making sigys

I downloaded Photoshop CS2, but now it's gone and expired, so I guess I'll download this Paint.NET thing.

I bought Photoshop, but I downloaded Gimp and Paint.net. Paint.net is closest to Photoshop. I really haven't made much of anything using Gimp yet, but I have played with it just for the experiment of it.

I downloaded her copy of photoshop. ^^. But, I am not very good at siggies. I just mostly cut, crop, paste, shrink, stack, delete, lol.

I use regular paint program that comes with windows XP or Vista. I used to make siggies, 2 years ago, but took like 1 month to make one using paint :/
